All of our items are FREE SHIPPING in normal cases (Except the remote areas). You can get the items with no shipping cost. There are no other hidden charges or handling fees. In the United States, we ship via all major ground carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

1. Processing time: 
1-2 business days for order review, quality inspection and packaging.

2. Shipping time: 
3-7 business days in the United States.


1. We will send you an order confirmation email after the order is placed. The second email that includes the waybill number will be sent once we fulfill the order.

2. Any delivery date given by us is our best estimate only, and Fungyard cannot be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you due to any reasonable or unavoidable delay in the delivery of your order.

For products NOT shipped from the local warehouses (the recipient's address and the shipping warehouse are not in the same area or not in the same country) and without any customs fees declaration, we do NOT be held responsible for any duties, taxes (including VAT) and brokerage fees (if need be). These charges are recipient’s responsibility.


How to Track Your Order
After payment is approved and your shipment leaves our warehouse, your shipping confirmation email will contain an order number you can use to monitor your shipment until it arrives at your door.
